You feel there is no peace in your life. You assume everyone is happy, except you. This makes you develop a sense of depression.

When do you feel your life is hard to live?

  4. When you feel that there is no one to love you.
  5. When you persistently face failures in your life.

When you face problems, you feel your life is getting tougher and tougher, don’t you?

You had always wanted to live a problem- free life.

You never think positively. You want your problems to disappear on its own, without your efforts.

You want success and affluence handed over to you in a platter – with minimum work on your part.

You ignore opportunities life consistently offers you.

You never improvise your work, as you never think a big deal about it.

You never know the value of sweat and toil.

Naturally, life is hard to live for you.

4. You let emotions dictate you

You let your emotions rule over you.

You constantly feel emotionally hurt and injured, as you are very dependent on others for your survival.

You have tons of self-pity.

Your emotions complicates your life and makes it a living hell.

You give too much importance to others, that you feel psychologically crushed by their uncaring attitude.

5. You assume the worst for you

Assumptions kill your peace, because when you assume, you invariably assume the worst for you.

Your imagination runs riot to predict your future as depressive and miserable.

You feel your present failures will continue into your future.

You literally cower in fear about your imaginary wretched future life.

6. You are not positive

When you are not positive, you have all sorts of negative thoughts about your life.

You feel you are destined to fail.

You compare your life with others and feel very lacking.

You become so gloomy that people do not want to mingle with you.

You never realize that you are blessed with things others do not have. Likewise, the blessings of others are theirs, not yours.

You never understand that everyone’s life is different.

You make other people’s life a parameter to compare your life.

7. You are not a doer

You have all sorts of dreams about your future. And you think dreaming about a rosy future is enough to make you successful.

When you do not work towards making your success a reality, your dream remains a pipe dream, never to be realized.

You are very dependent on others to do your work. You never understand that your work is yours to do. Other people are not bothered about your work.

8. You let others dominate you

Life is hard to live as you let others dictate terms and conditions to you.

You are not mentally strong.

You are so meek and submissive that you are ordered about by others.

You let others plan your life. You are terrified to voice your disagreement, as you do not have the courage.

9. You fear people

When you are terrified of people, life is hard to live.

You freeze into immobility when you meet successful people.

You hate mingling with others, as you fear you will be rebuffed.

You feel others are constantly watching you, judging you, ridiculing you, and making fun of you. This makes you feel very shy and self-conscious.

10. You have unrealistic expectations

You want instant success. You want constant happiness. You want incredible fame. You want affluence. You want a great living style.

You have dreamy expectations that all this will happen to you, automatically. But you never realize that life is not that easy. Nothing happens on its own. You have to make it happen.

When your idealistic expectations never happens, you become depressive and unhappy. You curse that life is hard to live.
