When the world thrusts you aside because of your poor social status, you realize rather bitterly that you are a non-entity without  money.

You are not respected for your character. But, you are respected for the money you have.

You might be a very good person, but the world sees you as a failure when you do not have money. It thrusts you aside as unworthy of its attention because of your poor social status.

You might have experienced this happening to you when you go to a family function.

Your worthiness as a good human being does not matter to your relatives at all. It is the power of money you possess that makes them look at you with awe and artificial affection.

Why is the power of money so awesome and mindblowing?

• Money is a powerful tool and you cannot survive in this world without it. 
• Money has immense buying capacity and it sometimes buys you respect also.
• It gives you incredible social status.
• Your money buys you many lavish things that makes this mercenary world immediately notice you.
• Money makes you live your life on your own terms and conditions.
• You need not run from pillar to post begging for money when you have enough of it. 

Why are America, Britain, Germany, and other Western countries considered to be powerful?

Are they superior to the Asian countries in culture, tradition, history and other things?

They cannot boast of the priceless traditions Asian countries have.

But they are countries where world’s richest people live. The world leaders of these countries are given slavish welcome in other countries because they represent a rich country.

Well, well, so money is also an attention graber, isn’t it?

Why do you feel that money is  power that it must be yours?

I looked longingly at the sari that was displayed in a shop. I thought that my daughter would look good in it.

I tentatively looked at the price tag and found the price a little too much for my purse. I withdrew from the shop a little downcast. “If I had the money, I definitely would have bought the sari,” I told myself with yearning.

So, without money you cannot wish for even the smallest thing in this world.

Would it be nice if the world can exist without money?

Will life become more inclined to human values without the existence of currency?

Not exactly.

It is true that money is so powerful that it makes people without it an outlaw in their own country. But the world cannot exist without money.

Without money, your life would lose its purpose. And life without purpose is not worth living.

Imagine a scenario wherein you can go to any shop and just grab anything you fancy without having to pay for it.

Do you think it will give you any happiness?

It won’t.

If we can have everything we need without having to work for it, it becomes valueless and worthless. There will be no rich people and there will be no poor people. And the world will grind to a halt.

Man always desires for something. He wants a house, a car, latest mobiles, and lot more things.

He cannot have it just like that. He needs money to buy it and so he works hard to earn money. He finally fulfills his desire with his hard earned money.

Only the need of money will prod you to work hard. It makes you proactive. The need for money makes the world work. 

Without the need for money, man will never work.

He will be idle and rust in laziness. Money gives a purpose to his life. It makes him motivated to improvise his talents.

Whom do you envy?

An unsuccessful talented man with no money, or a man with minimum talents, but very rich in money?

You will point your fingers at the rich man as you are overawed by the mind watering things he possesses. You long for as big a house as his, as latest car as his, as trendy and fashionably costly dresses as his. Such is the power of money.

The need for money has always been there. Money is so powerful that you are baffled by the massive impact it has in your life.

Everyone in the world is chasing money. And they are not satisfied with what they have.

“Study well, and get a good job to earn lots of money” is the advice most parents give their children.

No advice about the moralities of life is given by parents to their children. Parents just brainstorm their children the thought that money is the all-in-all in life.

All said and done, life without money is not worth living.

How can you lead your life without money for the basics of your life?

You will go mad when you have to lead a life of drudgery and looking at others with longing. Only money can buy you the things which you need to survive in this mercenary world.

The sales person of a shop ignores you for a rich customer. This is the power of money for you.

But, money should never rule your life.

When your chase for money becomes a frenzied phobia, it makes your life cold, with no warmth of love. You become a mercenary who thinks money, lives money, and breathes money.

You become heartless, without humanity and love for fellow human beings. You cannot live with money alone, as you need someone to share its niceties with.

When you have tons of money, your status is high and you are respected for it by the money hungry society. This artificial and meaningless respect disappears once you lose your money.
