Does laws of karma really exist in this world?
Yes.
It does.
You can link the laws of karma to Newton’s law of motion – “for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
The way your present day life is shaping up is linked to the way you lived your life in your past.
If you had done good deeds in your past, your present life is gifted with many good things.
You need not exert yourself to reap the results from the good things you did in your past.
The laws of karma automatically links your past life to your present life. And your past good deeds transforms your present life with unbelievable success and victory.
And the way your future life is going to be, is linked to your actions in your present life.
This is the power of karma.
Are you still confused about what karma really means?
The laws of karma is the easiest to understand.
- Your life is decided by what you do.
- You can never escape the repercussions of your actions.
- You reap what you sow. If you sowed good things, you will be rewarded with good things. But if you have committed mistakes, it rebounds on you with a vengeance. You cannot escape it.
- You get back from others what you give to them.
These are the simple laws of karma. In fact, your whole life in built around your karma.
In India, every incident in your life is linked to the laws of karma. This is the reason why Indians are very God fearing and religious. Now, the whole world has accepted karma as a fact of life.
My distant cousin was in a business partnership with three of his friends.
“I have received a lucrative business offer. I am not telling about it to my partners, as they will expect some returns from it. Since my partners do not know about this offer, I am doing it all alone. It is the biggest chance of my life,” my cousin sounded very happy about the business deal.
“Won’t it be like cheating your partners if you do not tell them about your offer” I asked him hesitantly.
“In business, you have certain liberty to do things your way. And this is my way” my cousin told me nonchalantly.
I heard that he minted money through the business deal he did behind the back of his partners. I lost touch with him for a few years. I recently met him in a family function. He looked haggard and distressed.
“I am no longer in my business. My partners cheated me by having business deals behind my back. They gradually got my business into their control and threw me out. I now feel very cheated by my own partners” my cousin sighed with unhappiness.
I was not surprised. “The laws of karma is taking its course,” I told myself. What my cousin gave his partners was given back to him by them. This boomerang effect of karma cannot be avoided by anyone.
Karma is the invisible link between your actions and the reward or punishment you get through it.
Shall we see the 10 laws of karma?
1. You reap what you sow
If you sow the seed of a neem, you can expect only a neem tree. You cannot expect another tree. The seed of a neem will only germinate as a neem tree.
It is also the same in your life.
Your actions define your life.
When you do good things to others, you will definitely be rewarded with many good things in your life.
But do not expect it to happen to you immediately.
The laws of karma works slowly but definitely.
And also your actions which hurt others will have the same boomerang effect.
So, be very cautious about your actions.
Do you hurt people with harsh words?
In some stage of your life, you will definitely be hurt by others.
Did you cheat someone?
You will be cheated by others in some phase of your life.
Believe me, this what happens when the laws of karma goes to work.
2. Everything in your life happens with a reason
How many times have you felt bewildered at the happenings in your life?
I am sure many a time.
Do not worry.
Everything in your life happens with a reason. Karma has certain designs for your life. Your life moves along with the karma you created for yourself.
When I lost my husband, I felt emotionally shattered. He was a very loving husband.
The selfless love my husband had for me and my daughter made me enjoy a good married life.
The intense love of my husband made me aware about the nuances of marriage, loudly and clearly. I wanted others to understand what true love could do to their marriage.
Now, I have blog which exclusively deals with many relationship problems couples face. I also have a Youtube channel which has exclusive videos about relationships. Unbelievable for a normal Indian homemaker.
It is a harsh fact that the loss of my husband made me feel deprived in my life. But the karma of living through a happy marriage, converted my life into being a writer, writing about the nuances of relationship.
3. People are there in your life for a reason
You often meet many people in your life. Not all stay of them with you. Many people come and go in your life.
But on their way out of your life, these people teach you many precious lessons.
A cheater teaches you how to be alert.
A successful person shows you the way to succeed.
An unhealthy person makes you aware of the importance of health.
Can you see how the laws of karma leaves its imprint in every stage of your life?
4. You are responsible for your life
You often blame others for the bad things that happen in your life.
But when good things happen to you, you feel you are the sole reason for it.
No.
Only you are responsible for every happenings in your life.
You are the reason behind your success and your defeat.
You are the creator of your happiness, misery and defeat. No one else is.
It is the way you live that decides what your life is going to be.
Do not blame the cheater for cheating you. You allowed yourself to be cheated.
Do not blame others for your defeat. You allowed yourself to be defeated.
Laws of karma is as simple as that.
5. Your life is how you design it
No one can live your life.
You can be successful only when you work towards it.
You can be happy only when you make yourself happy.
Success or defeat begins from you. You are the creator of your life.

Do not think you can escape punishment for the wrong you did.
Your wrong deeds will follow you all along your life journey to punish you in some stage of your life.
When the punishment comes to you, the shattering effect it has on you devastates your life.
So, be very careful about the way you live your life.
7. Patience always pays
Most of you feel that you do not get your due in life, don’t you?

Though being rewarded for your good deeds takes time, you will definitely be gifted for your goodness.
Are you good- willed even when facing utter defeats in your life?
Karma will make your gain be enormous.
8. Wheels of fortune
Do you think you are destined to fail always?
No.
Do you feel your success is a permanent feature in your life?
No.
No one can enjoy permanent success. No one is destined to be a permanent failure also.
So, do not let success get into your head. And do not let defeat make you depressed.
Everything in life is very temporary and transitory.
9. Everything in your life ends
Life is very short.
Then why do you feel your miseries will continue forever?
It doesn’t.
God did not create you to suffer all through your life.
Your happiness ends one day.
Your sorrow disappears one day.
Nothing is forever. So live your life for the day.
10. Life goes on and on
There times you feel you will be unable to withstand the trauma you are presently facing in your life. Strangely, you develop the guts to withstand it.
Japan rose from tsunami.
It survived Hiroshima.
India withstood many natural calamities.
You lost your precious ones.
Yet, you live without them.
Yes.
Life goes on and on. It never stops for anyone.
